Next Level Brand Behavior: Securing Your Seat at the Table is an interactive workshop developed to help individuals level up in their chosen industries and make their next best move – which should be a power move. My brand coaches have strategically and successfully navigated through different levels in their industries and will help you define your brand and make your presence known in yours – so you can have a seat at the table.

There will be limited spots for onsite headshots and individual storytelling coaching available as well.

Lindrea Reynolds is a Creative Director and Brand Strategist. With more than 10 years of experience in the marketing and design industries, she believes that creativity and authenticity are the keys to connecting brands to their audiences. Lindrea has shared her expertise with local and national corporations, nonprofits and universities, and game-changing entrepreneurs. She currently coaches creative problem-solvers through her personal blog, speaking engagements, and by hosting her monthly podcast, Creative Masterminds.

Lindrea’s work has been featured in partnership with The Glu (formerly Chicago Woman Magazine), Communication Arts Magazine, Nonprofit Pro, The Chicago Tribune, Made Magazine, The University of Chicago and Voyage Chicago.

Anedra Kerr is the Chief Advancement Officer at Francis Parker supporting their progressive mission by advancing the school's strategic goals. She supervises the work of the Development Office and works closely with the Admissions and Communications Offices. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Anedra has held several executive-level positions and has significant experience in designing, planning and implementing major fundraisers; managing donor relationships and fostering staff and leadership development. She has a proven record of successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and is a recognized philanthropic leader. Anedra is a member of the Business Leadership Council. She has a B.S. in marketing from Hampton University and a M.S. in communications from Northwestern University.

Reginald Guy II, Esq. is an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in their corporate department. He also is a Certified National Basketball Players Association Player Agent. As an attorney, through his pro bono legal practice, Reginald volunteers at Cabrini Green Legal Aid where he provides free legal assistance to ex-offenders who are seeking to mitigate their criminal records through expungement and other remedies to break down barriers to gainful employment. Over the past eight years, Reginald has volunteered and spearheaded efforts for Margaret’s Village, raising over $25,000 to help the organization combat homelessness in Chicago among women and children. Reginald serves as a board member of the South Side YMCA, a member of the Northwestern Law School Young Leadership Alumni Association, Board Member of the Black Men Lawyers’ Association and a coach at One Million Degrees. Reginald is a 2018 Chicago Defender Men of Excellence Honoree for his professional accomplishments and community endeavors. He is a member 

Nikki Streets is a Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience. She is currently the HR Business Partner at the Museum of Science and Industry. Her career has touched on all aspects of HR but her primary focus in recent years has been a strategic approach towards employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, along with educating leaders on the value of employee satisfaction. Nikki's ability to strengthen the link between people, strategy and motivation is the cornerstone of her HR philosophy. With a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership, Nikki is committed to leading mission based organization towards being premier places of employment. She is also the co-founder of Besties & Brunch. This popular lifestyle blog currently has a brand partnership with Upscale Magazine. 

Afenya Montgomery is the founder of The iCAN Collective and AM Advisory. The iCAN Collective is a professional development platform connecting entrepreneurs and career professionals to resources, information, business partnerships and collaborations. AM Advisory was created to invigorate, energize and motivate healthcare organizations to live their mission, vision, and values. Her practical strategies, tips, and tools for success empowers teams and individuals to unleash their potential.  She has spent over 15 years honing professional skills in customer service, leadership, and management: combining corporate experience with nursing expertise to provide engaging, educational workshops, seminars, conferences and consultant services.  Afenya holds a Master of Science in Nursing and MBA with a focus on executive leadership.  Prior to becoming a nurse, Afenya obtained a marketing degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Tarji Smedley is a commercial, fashion, lifestyle, photojournalist and soft goods photo stylist. She graduated from Columbia College with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising. Upon completing a seven-year career as an account executive for AT&T, Tarji incorporated her first business, Egami Photos,  in 2004. She quickly became known for her photojournalism and is a sought after photographer for celebrity events, including private events for the likes of Michael Jordan and Derrick Rose. Tarji expanded and renamed her business to F4 Productions, LLC. F4 Productions, LLC provides photography and video solutions for social media, e-commerce and mass advertising for the categories of food, fashion and beauty. F4 Productions LLC also partners with not for profits and corporations to produce engaging, storytelling content via photojournalism and film.Tarji currently resides in Chicago but is available to clients nationwide.

Inez Woody is a direct-response, Award Winning Copywriter. She transforms the brands of change-makers and entrepreneurs through clarity cultivation, increasing their bottom lines by creating copy, content and storytelling. In addition, she responds to the needs of job seekers by writing resumes and cover letters and developing customized Linked In Profiles to increase visibility. In this capacity, she is passionate about providing workforce development content and coaching in order to enhance economic stability in her community by focusing on marketable industry skills. A native of Chicago (south side), she is an experienced Technology professional with 16 years, providing strategic solutions. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for the Young Women Professionals League in Chicago. Currently, Inez is a participant of the 2019 Grant Writing & Fund Development Fellowship at Demoiselle 2 Femme. When she's not at her favorite coffee shop developing brand stories for small businesses or helping the community flourish, you can find her court-side, rooting for her son, all around point guard, #1, Isaiah.
